About the Center for Clinical Trials



The Johns Hopkins Center for Clinical Trials was founded in 1990 as a collaborative effort of faculty from the Bloomberg School of Public Health and the School of Medicine.  The objective of the CCT is to promote the use of clinical trials as a method of evaluation of preventive and therapeutic approaches to health problems and to facilitate research and teaching efforts in relation to the practice of clinical trials and other studies of similar purpose.
